Binance funds frozen

I have a money account frozen by Binance, other transactions are normal, is there any way to know the reason and unlock that money account! I contacted support and they responded irresponsibly and waited

They will send a notification to the email you registered to inform them of the reason, and you can send proof if it is not correct.

Support should respond.

Also, what reason are they stating for freezing your account?
 
Hey Mate - Try to contact them again, they will ask you info about couple last transactions and references/reasons - Once they are satisfied, they will release your all funds.

are they requesting because you hit the transaction limits or additional due diligence needed ?

FYI support turned into a goverment building meaning it took lot of time to return any of the support requests that`s why we dont work with them anymore, I suggest after you solved your problem change your processor with eu based processors
 
If your funds are locked there is probably a very good reason why. People have been using binance for years and never had issues
 
They will ask some questions related to transactions and when you submit proof, they will release the funds.
 
here is just patience, because only they can see why they are holding your funds, write them again and that you still waiting a response from your case and that you being waiting for X ammount of time anything that someone might tell you is just a guessing.
 
if your account is flagged or, you received funds from a flagged wallet or the sender made the report scam to that particular transaction may lead to this issue.
Check your registered email /notification in your Binance account carefully.

Currently it's still locked, because I'm not often online on the forum, so I can't reply immediately

but binance didn't tell me which addresses were flagged, they just said to wait, which is really frustrating
