firstly, Juicy Ads doesn't have malware, all ads are scanned continuously by 3rd party malware scanning 24/7. (https://mediatrust.com/)
In fact there haven't been any reports of malware for many years, so not sure what you are even talking about.
Feel free to produce hard evidence of any malware and I'm sure it will be looked at.

I will said one last time ! JuicyADS are full of malware ads ( If was my choice too work with crackrevenue and popads are because they are clean. Here its not your ticket and close the account - If you need it i will post all details about malware ads from juicyads ! So, let`s make a BET. If i show your "advertise" are full of malware and juicyads system allow that you will donate 1000USD to charity ? Just answer with YES OR NO - I hope you will pay if you lose !

I would recommend you to try split testing different ad/cpa networks.
Currently I am monetizing my site via direct links underneath the video as well as in the menu bar. Anchors such as: "Click here for girls" "Date girls for free" etc. I have tried the following:
- Promote a cam site (direct as well as whitelabel)
- Promote dating offers through smartlinks. I have tried different networks such as LosPollos, iMonetizeIt and AffMy.
- Use direct links from ad networks. I have tried ExoClick as well as AdStuff.
For me direct links had the best performance. Exo and AdStuff pay decent $$ for each click. I am not sure if direct links are easily accessible on ExoClick without contacting them, however on AdStuff it's instant approval.
Cam sites also were a decent option, I do 50% to direct links and 50% to my WL cam site.

Explore ad networks and find one you like best. Your numbers look really good, you should get great results, especially if you playtest with different ad format combinations. I currently use Mondiad which I believe is among the few platform allowing adult so if you give it a go, I hope to hear your opinion on it.
