How do I index new Wikipedia image page? Will it gets picked up by itself or do I force index with an indexer?

No page did not got indexed by itself. I have submitted it to a link indexer.
In case someone is wondering what it is. It's an image page of wikipedia.org where you can put a no follow link to your website.
Example you upload your site logo to Wikipedia.org and get a no follow backlink to your homepage on the image page's description.
Pretty cool backlink if you ask me.

It's clever because they police images infrequently - but it will eventually get deleted, but you might get to keep that nf backlink for 3-4 months.

It's best to let Wikipedia's internal systems handle the indexing. Forcing indexing might not be necessary.

If you do that 3 times, then consider that your website will not just be blacklisted on Wikipedia but expect a soft ban on your website as well, I don't know, but for some reason, when you lose a link from authority site as Wikipedia website is going down I mean every time

I am doing it on a bing site, so i dont give a fcuk about google on this one.

Bing's indexing is very slow. There is not much we can do but wait.

bing as a pickup was always a bit hit n miss

To be curious, I think you are talking about Wikipedia Commons where we can submit our images or logo under the Wikipedia Commons rules and regulations.
