Is this safe to keep my balance in Binance Wallet Web3 in Tether from Tron?

I don't keep in exchange. Binance has split it into Web3 funds and Exchange funds.

My money is low but it's enough to live for 5 months with my frugal lifestyle.

I believe I will need it for the future too.

I realize both Binance and Tether can become cash grabs any moment.

But what's the alternative and where to withdraw my money?

I don't feel like my money is safe at banks lately... something had happened that's better not discussed. Loans...

I need a password based option as my funds are low.

All I need is login - password type of wallet that some Binance type of monster cannot take all of that.

I had bad signals from another exchange lately some "Kraken". Their user experience was complete trash and it was easy to get lost there. Won't mention details as it's not the point.

Binance experience is not bad at all, though better be safe than sorry.

Not safe but I see also whales sending millions in their binance accounts
just send it to any wallet that give you the seed key

About 8 years ago I used "Poloniex" to buy $50 of some coin.

Neither that coin went up, nor I could recover my password to that exchange. :D

It's rated as 92th exchange by Coinmarketcap.

Let's see options of seed wallets...

I remember when it all started I had a bitcoin wallet that took days to open up. You could mine btc with it.

It was so easy to lose it... it took some enormous disk space.

Also you are here since 2013 so you should not live that life
I see that you didn't take IM as serious as it should be
I had a 5 year long break having to understand the world better.

In these 5 years I learned a little bit of some things. Nothing extraordinary. I don't have a degree.

I was drinking alcohol and using with my real-life friends.

Now I'm not doing any friendships. :p

I wasn't long term oriented.

I thought money is in the corporate... but who wants corporate money... I realized it's not worth and having option to change something, I changed my destination and chose to spend 24/7 on blackhatworld following some players here applying their guidance.

So here is my brand new wallet that I deployed in 20 seconds which is about 16.000 times faster than my previous bitcoin wallet.

What I'm worried about is the coin called TRC20. I heard these can die any moment.

What do you think about storing money in this type of coin?

Crypto is a minefield. One wrong move and kaboom!

Don't. You're right when you say it's a minefield, pick a coin that's reliable, don't just send it to something like whatever the fuck that is.

And I'm not even trading.

I heard hardware wallets are reliable but I can't spend 80% of my coins to buy one.

I need something that I can physically download and backup I think. Not some cloud based crack.

None of these cloud wallets seem safer than Binance. In fact I'd trust the biggest player (Binance) more than some random browser addon wallet wtf.

Hardware is what I use, don't have to buy them, take a look into some open source wallets and get one, no funds needed for them. Just always remember to backup your keys, password, fuckin everything. And don't hold it on a 10 year old HDD get yourself a decent M.2 or SSD and keep it on that, separate from your main PC for full security.

But what coin to use?

I think the original "fiat money" might do! Paper cash bills.

Though police can take from me if they wish to.

ETH or BTC, they're the most reliable by a long shot still. Took a look at Tether and I'd be running from that asap. Seems to be dying off.
It doesn't seem volatile which was the only reason to keep that. Bitcoin isn't going to lose long term though. It will only gain.

It's volatile in a different sense. If it goes down, it's complete removal. :D

I don't know if a 'stable' coin can die just like that but whatever.

Hmm, compared to fiat, BTC might but doesn't have to preserve some value.

If Bitcoin died like that the entire Crypto Market would shit itself and crash within a few weeks or maybe days. Still the safest option, ETH is a close second and has a little more potential to grow.

I'm more concerned about Tether being removed and from $1 becoming 30 cents or something. I don't know if that can happen as I'm not into it.

Ah, yes it can, Very easily as it's a "shitcoin" (Basically it's not used for anything other than holdings and potential rug pulls)

I don't recall being so concerned since the last SEO update. Almost thought of drawing a flow diagram for it.

On Binance you can turn crypto to cash banknotes within 30 minutes (via Zen -> Zen card to ATM).

With these BTC and ETH you'd need to do 5 times as much stuff.

I think the optimal way would be to keep fiat on Binance. :D

Why keep money as fiat on Binance? Because I think they're more trustworthy than Zen.

But isn't crypto like Bitcoin or ETH more safe in their web3 wallet than on their exchange as fiat?

Edit:

Web3 wallet on Binance - medium safety.
TRC20 - low safety.

So if I get rid of TRC20 and get bitcoin, I'm moving forward.

Then I put all these coins into my ass withdrawing when I need the most and when it drops to $40k ($66k now)...

Nice BTC shill. It's close to ATH. :)

I'm withdrawing all to fiat.

Binance - a Cayman Islands-based cryptocurrency exchange founded in 2017.

Sure I'm gonna trust them... that's like trusting a casino.
