Best method to open multiple clean accounts?

I am in the US and wanted to open more TikTok accounts to automate, I currently run 2 on my personal Samsung S9 and upload the videos on google chrome. But after creating a third account I've ran into issues with shadow bans. (I've created almost 10 accounts through the phone)

So I planned to buy a used iphone 7 for cheap and buy a prepaid simcard and the load up aged TikTok accounts and warm them up on the iphone.

But due to the amount of accounts created on my home internet should I run up a proxy?

Also I was planning to upload the on my phone by sending them through google drive to gain more views and engagement.

Any tips for my current situation?

3 weeks ago they have updated algo. Proxy or VPN is required, on local internet it will show your country videos in FYP, shop will not work and live will be from your own country.
With iPhone use "Sendanywhere" instead Google Drive

Your Samsung S9 is not working because official is Android 9, unofficial is Android 11 and they both have loopholes that Google was arguing with TikTok to read real device ID
If you want to use Android, I suggest newest OS

According to community rules, 8 accounts are allowed on one device. I recommend that you do not download PC videos. Install the TikTok application on your smartphone and when you launch it, create a Google mail and log in through it. And you use TikTok only from this device.
