You could try contacting the subreddit moderators directly and explaining your situation with evidence to support your claims. If the post violates Reddit's terms of service, contact Reddit's support team again with detailed proof. As a last resort, consider legal action, such as a defamation notice or consulting with an attorney who specializes in online reputations, to compel Reddit to remove the post.

You can remove fake reddit post with mass report option using many aged accounts for the mass report.

You can also make a comment on that post by countering the fact. give some upvotes to your comment to make it on the top
