VA Manage Account But Not Full Access?

Hey guys,

Is there a way for me to invite our VA to manage posting on our IG accounts, but not have any security access so they can't change passwords or account email, etc.?

You could also add such Instagram account to a business account on Facebook, then give the VA partial access on the Business account

Any scheduling software you recommend? I thought these could get your account banned? And do they include features like shopping tags and website URLs in stories, etc.?
