Target very specific searches, even if very low vol at least you'll rank, if you just did like "weight loss product reviews . com" you wont rank for that, but if you did like "*obscure herb*weight loss.com" you may be able to rank articles.

If that's too much work, just make videos on youtube to promote your affiliate links(in that case, idk what to do with the $200 then, wouldn't need it so much, unless you want some extra gigs for custom intros or something(dirt cheap on fiverr), though you may still want to build a website to get into affiliate programs, so could use some money for that.
