Mass emailing to mail.ru, looking for projects.

I know that the main email service in Russia is mail.ru. If I can send a large number of emails to this service and get them into the inbox, many Russians will be able to see the content of the email. Do you know any good projects that can be done to make money from Russians?

Why would you target Russians? It's like if you were to sent a mass campaign to India... better spend your money somewhere else, those guys have to play RP on gta san andreas, cuz the people are poor and cannot even afford good PCs...

Because mail.ru is an email service specifically used by Russians, I have a database of 40 million such email addresses, all of which are actively used by real people. I plan to send mass emails to these addresses.

You'll need to look at products/campaigns that are specifically for
Russia targeted audience then. The problem is that most western
products and affiliates do not operate in Russia especially since the
current political climate with Russia.
