Yer his accent is pretty funny I am also English but have been away from the UK for a long time and hearing that accent makes me laugh. A simple method to stop people book marking the site would be to do a basic http auth mode for the memorys area if that area is bookmarked it will come up and ask for a password each time a user visits. But of cuase people can still share the logins but there are a few good tools out there to spot if a login has been shared.
