Need Indexing Fast After Publisher Center Update

Hey guys, hope you all are having a nice day. I need some help with indexing. Usually, I create new sites or buy expired domains. After everything is set up, I submit the website to Publisher Center. You know, after approval, we could instantly index any post. But now, after the Publisher Center update, publishers can no longer add publications to the Publisher Center. What should I do to get my site indexed quickly again?
