[HELP] FB Engagement ad to get more sales????

Hi

I was wondering if anyone has run a fb engagement ad and gotten sales?

I currently have an instagram account selling digital product and i make my sales from the manychat automations where they comment a keyword and then they get sent a DM which leads them straight to checkout.

With this kind of traffic method, wont engagement ads work better as it means more comment = more sales, as opposed to the traditional conversion ads.

Has anyone tried it before?

I have run engagement campaigns for FB, they do work really well. Paid about 60$ and gained around 500 followers and countless views, likes, and comments. i don't know about Instagram though, could be different. Only one way to find out, test it out
