i had a similar experience with this offer. i was pushing this on weight loss subreddits and getting 200 clicks+ day but no sale.

Came here to ask if this was reddit traffic

If it is, then you've now found out why reddit is probably 20 years old and still makes no money

Their users are broke, feel entitled to free stuff and don't like to pay for anything.

I've had really well ranked posts, front page, thousands of traffic and ridiculous $$$

probably you are promoting to tier 3 countries..... people with no money, 0 purchase power... maybe is that the reason.
