You may have been punished by the recent giant Google updates. First you should try to find possible causes by looking closely at your site, its backlink profile and possibly other problem on-site. But I guess backlinks are the culprit. They may be over-optimised and you may have to dilute the profile by adding backlinks without keywords.

You may have to invest more into branding. Using the brand (and naked URLs and generic terms like "click her") as anchor instead of keywords.

There's a huge drop in GSC since yesterday in impressions, SEMrush sensor is also going crazy recent days so quite likely another update is in progress or they are tweaking the previous one, it really doesn't matter as it's basically the same.

Reverse engineer all currently ranking websites that have outranked and replaced you to see what's different in their content and strategy.
You mentioned 3 years so it should rank back by filling any gaps you find auditing your competitors.

Sending Organic Traffic won't help. I tried the organic Traffic method.

But someone recently did overcome this problem.

It may be a cause of the Recent Google Algorithm.

As you said that you were at 1st place in the main word for about 3 years, may be your competitiors are targeting that keyword on a ongoing basis that increased their ranking over you.

Look at your biggest competitor, if he also dropped then you both are fucked.
If quora, yt, reddit, forbes or similar websites replaced your site.... well your still fucked
