you dont need a course to do this, just find some tips and tricks videos on YT and open nyour channel, but you should select a demanding niche for your channel

Do not take courses, just watch YouTube videos on this topic. Everything can be learned for free online.

You should outsource the different aspects from freelancers first. Your job should be to combine everything and make the channel profitable asap. Then start more channels.
There are free course for this on YouTube. But only watch videos of channels which have got good number of subscribers.

There are many journeys on BHW regarding faceless youtube channels. You can get ideas from there.
Doing something you like with 3 billion people with a output of 100+ videos thanks to Mr beast upping the game, even YouTube love the term organic loving high quality content.
YouTube is one large meat raffle for googles tit, there's losers and winners.
You have to diversify meaning you'll get what you want spreading your thoughts here and there but you'll most likely not end up liking the content you create burning out, where as what you like others like to and so the saturation begins.
It's all about the analytics, but even seeing the numbers on the amount of videos that must be pumped out you'll already be discouraged.
