Remitly virtual card rejection

Hi everyone, this is Barth. From third world currently base in China. I tried adding this my virtual card to Remitly.com, but it keep on rejecting it. I would have use transfer wise but they don't offer card in China. I use Grey. Co dollar virtual. Any suggestions?
