Enough of 9-5

Again!!!!

Plan slack off.

Don't mention money as their reaction is strictly negative and on the verge of calling me out materialist.

They constantly ask to stop speaking about business.

4 breaks

Stay away from stank.

Do the slowest tempo possible.

Sing songs in head.

Plan how to start own production meanwhile.

Taxi back home is $1. This is suprise. :p

Everything here is insanely cheap but to make $20 they ask 4 hours.

Easy to get mad.
Wrong type of music mate.......I think the below sums up this thread and your mood much better......

Halfway through.

But they took half my payment from my bank account.

Damn!!

This month again $500 to my name instead of $1000.

But I got all expenses covered for the next 2 month.

Big lil bank.

No bank can fuck me up. ;)

They trynna play dirty with me.

Nope, all secured.

They didn't even send me notification that they took my money and didn't say why.

They just cut it off my balance. Loool dirty mfers.

I did all the stuff I mentioned.

And it worked like a charm.

The fat kid was 3 meters away now instead of 1 meter like yesterday. My air was clean af.

I passed one time next to the kid and it was smell like those old nike shoes worn for 3 years without washing. Interesting.

I ate a handful of things and protein before coming.

And I did do things breathing through my nose all the time and mouth due to sick building syndrome.

I got the cleanest work day since I joined.

I also used melatonin for the first time at that job.

And it helped to get better sleep in less time.

Well, nothing to copy from that company unfortunately. The only thing they have is production of things. Which I like as a producer, not a consumer.

I was talking about my creativity under my nose and the kid came up to me asking "who are you talking to kurwa?!!". And we didn't speak since then.

One lady called out him as not nice.

Yeah 9-5 stressful, you know that feeling of going to work for probably $120 a day with all the time it sucks up is the worst feeling.
& what makes you believe that IM is any different than working offline?
Working 24/7 and investing in your OWN money to POTENTIALLY turn your earnings into a profit.
Chasing clients all day, organizing everything yourself, making ALL the decisions, easy or hard.

Yeah sure, working for yourself won't get you yelled at for your mistakes, but your mistakes have consequences, the risk of failure on your projects which is your $.
Working is stressful period, whether you are working for someone or yourself.

I almost called workplace on phone cause I woke up, looked on the clock it was 6 pm and I thought it's 6 am.

14 hours of sleep and showing up an hour late? Oh no! I thought.

I don't know why my stupid clock on phone doesn't show that it's pm.

Turned out I slept for 3 hours.

I was like wait wtf it's so bright and sunny.

And I stopped being panicky.

Went to sleep again.

Edit i fixed, now it shows 22:37.

In 18 hours there's 3rd shift.

I'm sick due to viruses being around.

It's May and it's as cold as in winter.

Even worse as snow is fluffy and nice. I get easily aroused during winter. I like it. :D

Rain is like the sinister parent of snow.

During winter everything feels good to me.

In this rainy season everything feels like depression, I'm constantly getting sick and people around complain a lot.

Everything feels nauseating.

I'm gonna need to call a lawyer. And go to the bank today

And not sleep 26 hours in total??

your mistakes have consequences, the risk of failure on your projects which is your $.
I have consequences of that:

Social isolation

Worsened mental health problems

No real life relationships

Been busted cause I was selling street level stuff due to my extreme attitude towards 9-5 and wannabe on my own - now need another lawyer and I have a court case since FOUR (4) YEARS making my life slower and more painful than it needs to be

Anyday I can land in prison

Being stubborn on that self employed stuff is pointless and harmful. My dad did that for years and he never made enough to grow. You need to work like basstrackerboats - a lot - and not complain about number of hours.

BTB is still doing some online janitorial work on BHW even though decades passed.

Just fired myself!! Win win situation. 180 free hours a month. $400 monthly less. I lasted two months due to them charging me high sums of money at once. If it wasn't for that, I would keep up.

Money is a motivator, some people claim it's not. But immediately when I saw my payment split 50/50 with a debt collector instead of promised 85/15, I immediately resigned from 9-5.

Probably how money motivates you depends on personality. I myself think money is super important. :D but it's just not worth any effort to make $400 a month. Maybe 30 hours?

Some people claimed it was an easy job but I was the one assigned toughest tasks. Some were privileged too. And I had full 3 shifts. No bonus for work at night. No benefits. Workplace itself sick building syndrome.

People fine... Work too.. but that law here? It's a joke.

Overall having a simple 9-5 was an interesting experience. It opened my perspective on what I need after 4 years of not working a 9-5.

I calculated that it should be paid about 2200 euro monthly meanwhile it was 800 euro. So...

Those type of jobs are always like that but when you find the indicated one even if the pay is maybe not good enought you don't want to leave, I found my special job but lost it :weep: I enjoyed every second working on it.

The only person that was problematic was that whiner who had this attitude like he has to do it but hates to.

Everyone complained about him.

Well, he wouldn't push me to resign by himself but another reason - money taken by a dumb split I wasn't notified of - added on top. :D

I think I'll learn some easy physical skill and use it then.

Was enough to learn what people are like after 5 years with more adult attitude.

Now I can focus on posting BHW full time as I ditched the $25 (+$25 split on debt) a day job. ;)

I believe my work is worth more than $25 a day. I think value that we stumble upon on BHW is worth 1 million times the amount of $25.

So it'd be more productive and future-proof to browse BHW all day and learn instead of working a job at that amount.

The message that got to me during the 3rd shift after 3 hours of sleep just hit me like a wall of bricks.

It was that I'm getting $3 an hour in 2024! On 3 shifts!

That was too much to handle.

There are only two types of people working 9-5s

Those who made it their second home - in some way... probably they have family to feed.

And those who are forced cause they ran out of their mini-savings.

Now my savings are 3 months worth of food.

So in 3 months I can start searching for another job if I don't make anything online.

So it may take another 5 years now... as it usually is. 3 months of 9-5 every few years...

I think I worked 8 days or so this month, so I would get extra payment if all goes well and they decide to pay (they may decide to not :D).

First month was great. It felt like some higher dimension experience. Such an influx of ideas and so much to think about.

Second month okayish. Last one sucked but the whiner was at place. :p And unfortunately debt collector fcked up.

Closer and closer to Germania...

Fuck, I got tired from reading. Then started scrolling through the rest without reading. Bro. So many words. Just say you don't like it, that's all.

Ok. I don't like it.

And that's because I have no time to talk to people in real life!

Why? I need to find a rich friend in real life that is non toxic. Then I'll post less.

Otherwise I love people with eczema.

So my reflection is that something like "biological sleep cycles" are indeed fact.

There is a general conception that says what will be optimal for us. It is broken down into "chronotypes".

So instead of doing 9-5 on 3 shifts that are destructive for you sleep cycles, you can do a 9-5 on 2 shifts.

Otherwise, 3 shifts only make sense if you get paid extra for such a complicated schedule that is destructive to your biological rhythm.
Fuck, I got tired from reading. Then started scrolling through the rest without reading.
That's how CEOs of big companies read (in my opinion, not facts). They skim and take notes. There's no reason to read every single word.

You can read a whole page or two in a book but that's best done for no more than few pages.

Then take notes and break, and do that cycle again for 15 - 20 pages.

The whole procedure you can do as much as you want. Some people get to up to 200 pages a day.

All of that they then analyze and see what they can do with it.

I'm going to quit my job because 1) I don't feel spiritually valued at my job, and 2) I'm not getting paid enough.
So I came here and started to make a living for the sake of afterward

Same here mate
Still strugling 9-5 while searching other source income
