Content is king, but trends are hot! For long-term SEO, what matters more: creating awesome content or keeping up with the latest SEO fads? What's your opinion on this?
Interesting.I think one doesn't exclude the other. For example, keeping up with the fads still involve making "awesome" content, otherwise who's going to consume it if it's bad?![]()

Also, trends aren't necessarily a short term thing. There would always be new trends within every industry. You could be creating trendy content for a really long time and would have any issue.
