I participated in a thread on Blackhatworld earlier and someone suggested me to target facebook groups , i followed them and got a buyer but they are asking to transfer all the ownership first then they will pay, I sense something is wrong. or is it the way we have to follow as this is the first time of site flipping.
the wesite is complete and is also getting organic sales , there are over 100 products.
Can someone from Blackhatworld forums help me in teaching to sell websites? i would be gratefull to them

Use an Escrow service like escrow.com or similar

Surely someone will give you some good advice, but never be the first to give EVERYTHING, especially not something that has value.

Be smart and stay safe.

is there any stages of payment involved? like 50% advance then rest after full ownership? or should i ask for full amount in advance because the domain is unique and design is also unique.

sure, will give it a try. is it like paypal?
An Escrow service will hold the payment until the asset (website) has been transferred and assist the buyer and you transferring the asset to them.

Flippa uses Escrow.com and I have used them in the past when selling domains - it's very safe and secure...as long as you pick a well known and trusted service

You can even split the fees 50/50 with the buyer

It all depends on the agreement between people, but above all, trust, and never give something to someone you don't know.

If the site is more valuable, you can also use BHW services to sell it, you can try Escrow, or Flippa, and you have a few more options.
