Hi everyone!

I'm running an ad on "Employment" category, which means I can't select a sepcific gender nor age of my audience. The offer I'm promoting is a DOI offer. Sometimes I have a good day (ROI +100%) but some days I'm barely or not in profit.

Do you have tips or advices to make this campaign successful?
