Hey Y'all,

Newb to BHW.

I have a client who randomly lost access to their GMBs. Both listings are still up. They're not suspended or anything. I reached out to Goonle support with very clear language describing the issue and got the ole "We don't know what you're talking about. See support center."

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can he not claim it again? Is the option to do so not there?

he can not claim it he need to check all emails and regain access to the email and after that is showing automatically.
If he forgot the password of the email he can ask again new password

I should have included that in my initial post. There's no option to claim the business.

I have tried to login with their email and go to add business on on GBP.

It's almost like someone who manages the profiles revoked access.

Still has access to the email. The login is through the yahoo account.

Nope...that's your problem. Using the wrong email. It has to be a Gmail account
That's what I thought too. But, I'm logged into their Google account with their yahoo email.

Can you clear the situation if this is given to someone to make a verification of the GMB?
You must be very careful when making such an order; sometimes, they share the manager's access and not the ownership, and problems can happen here. Then you invest time and money to rank it, and when it is to a certain point, they will cut your access and sell your GMB or offer the leads to someone (maybe a competitor). This is a very doable scenario, and everybody must be very careful. This is a primary concern to have in mind if you run or plan to run a six figures business.

is there an option "own this business available?" there used to be such an option. click it and wait for 72 hours. that can transfer gmb to your new account.
when this feature is activated an email will be delivered to the original account confirming that action was done and if it was you. so there will be an option to cancel action. if it is not cancelled in 72 hours, the transfer will happen
