I had an same issue with gambling Tiktok ads. When I run a campain of a video on my chanel (creasing viewer), TikTok Ads block my ads acount although I use manual payment.

My tiktok ads account has also been banned, what I did to unban it was create another one, unfortunately they have terrible support

No instant suspend anymore. But i run for bh. So mostly ad account can dead for 4-14 days. Some ad account can more longer to live . depends on geo & your ads
