From my experience, in bull market no coins have to solve any problems. I think smaller coins will go much higher % than bitcoin. But in the bear market they will go down 95%

I don't think that this will ever be possible except in the event of extraordinary circumstance. Litecoin will first reach $500 apiece before dogecoin makes it to $1.
