where to buy cheap course

Hi there, I remember there are some sites that selling cheap courses , but can't find any and did not bookmark thlem.
Can someone advise some?

If you see some courses for like $149.99 then give it a day or two and that course will turn into $11.99 as they run campaigns after every couple of days.

Most of them are useless. If someone provide the true value, he sell on his website. Also because this stupid promotional policy.
I feel bad, there are many awesome programming courses but udemy decided for $0 promo and they have 40k enrollers. Was reading that many creators were just forced to do it.
