Motivational post here...but I will try to keep it short. (TLDR: I didn't keep it short...but still read it. Ignore this TLDR)

You need to make as much money as you can as FAST as you can.

Your life has the potential to be so incredibly rewarding. It will bring you a level of peace and pure joy you didn't think was possible.

I am serious. Money will make you happier...and this is why... Your goal should be to become super successful (RICH).

Hear me out...Write a list of why you want to be successful/what you want to achieve when you do become successful.

The unmarried man's list usually starts with "retiring my mother/parents". Second on the list is usually "finding/attracting a woman and providing for her and our future children".

Next is usually something that expands their experience/horizon like "travel the world" or "experience this marvelous thing"

Married men, obviously, list their family first. Then list hobby's they want to dedicate more time to.

(For single women, the goal is security. For married women, it is never having to worry about their children followed by taking care of their parents but we all know there are no women on the internet so we won't dwell on that )

NOTICE THAT THESE ARE NOT SELFISH GOALS.

In fact, becoming rich makes you generous - we want to become rich because we want to be truly generous to the ones we care about.

You're a hunter. Hunters don't hunt just to feed themselves. In no time in human history have hunters been selfish people. They put their minds and bodies in danger to be able to bring back food for those they care for. They get theIR accolades and bona fides from their success. More important than being fed is being known as a good hunter...it means YOU ARE THE GUY. The tribe looks at you with admiration and pride.

Imagine how your mother would look at you if you told her "Mom, you don't have to work anymore. I am going to take care of everything you need."

Imagine the pride your father would have if someone asks him "hey...is that a new car?" and he gets to say, "Yes, my son got that for me...he's a big shot in blah blah blah..."

Imagine how you'd feel knowing your girlfriend or wife brags about you to her friends about how you take care of everything.

This is the real reason why you are all here in the end, whether you've admitted it to yourself or not. YOU. WANT. TO. BE. THAT. GUY.

Now, here comes the deep part...

What would you give to be that guy?

Would you sleep 4 hours a night for a year?

Would you give up your social life for 2 years?

What would you give up?

If you were building a traditional offline business, you would have to say yes to the questions above.

But boys...we are not doing that. We live in the goddamn age of the internet. We have more opportunity in our hands than a king did 200 years ago.

Becoming THAT guy has never been EASIER.

But you dumbf***s keep complicating it.

You don't reach success for 2 reasons:

1: You don't internalize the fundamental process to creating something valuable.

The formula is simple: find a large-ish audience. Figure out what they need. Create it.

2: You're scared of 2, what people think of you and B, failure

Both of these can be EASILY mitigated.

Problem number 1: bUt PAYDETTE...i DonT kNoW whAt tO dO aNd wHo toO dO It foR.... I cAnT PicK a mARket (drunk Homer Simpson noises)

Look broskies....find something someone else is doing. take it. change it a bit. apply it to a different niche/segment. This is basically what I have always done and what i am currently doing. Built automations for one niche. Took it. Change it. Applied it to lawyers. Make bank.

Problem 2: "i have a hard time putting myself out there"

First....F-off with that lame excuse... think of the most embarrassing thing you saw today. you've probably already forgotten. OK, think of the spam email you got for some stupid embarrassing service...Can't remember that either? huh...shocking. Ok, think of something embarrassing that has happened to a family member...can you even remember? If you can, does it seem that big of a deal now? No. Trust me....no one cares about you and you feeling embarrassed ... no one remembers. So, 90 companies said no to you? Pitch them again in a month bc they forgot you existed 5 seconds after you disappeared from their purview.

Now...I know some of you are thinking, "ya...Paydette... this is great and all but like...my problem is that I have no money.

Again, I say, "F-off with that lame excuse".

You have a phone, your computer and $2USD.That's all you need to have some credibility and start making money...and you don't really need the $2. (You don't even need to pay for internet)

Every single thing you offer, you can record on your phone and post it online. App? record the screen. Service? record yourself talking about it. Amazon gadget... oh...shocker... you can record that too. Coaching? record yourself talking about it. YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO SHOW YOUR UGLY FACE.

That $2? That can get you a domain, website and branded email address. I've shared this before and I will share it here ionos.ca....domain, site hosting with templates and branded email address $1/m for 6 months...or something like that.

Now, let's circle back to that first problem. Let's say you are like...brainless...you're stupid...you were dropped on your head as a baby or something or just bad genetics....and your stupid ass can't think of something you can take and pivot to another industry/niche. Well, then just take something designed to do something...use it to do the thing it is designed to do but do it for other people.

Now, bc you're dumb...the first business thing you're going to do will not make you rich. But it will get you enough money to move onto the next income step. And that's how you progress your skills and income potential.

Here is my ladder:

1: Worked as a lawyer for 1 year....hated it. Went into marketing - building websites for local trades.
2: added websites for ecommerce and a robust copywriting service suite
3: added websites for real estate industry (agents and dev projects)

This was my first agency. Scaled it. Staffed it. Automated it. Let it run without me. It still runs without me.

4: did some real estate investment

5: back to marketing...growth hacker 1.0 (built out full offer infrastructure)
6: added social media content creation
7: started concentrating on coaches - added full on management (podcast appearances, etc)
8: Started releasing offer (find experts or go faceless offers- let them be the face - agency does everything else)

That was the second agency

9: Growth hacker 2.0. - just bigger deals with higher prices

Same industry but now split in 2 - content and growth hacker partnership

10: started heavily automating my content creation side

11: start offering automation to client

12: created a business automation agency

That's agency #4 (we are here now) Now, I'm rich, bitch!

What's next? tee hee hee....AI, broskies....AI. I have my market/audience....I know how to reach them. They are UNTAPPED. The build is easy. I am sooooo excited to start this next chapter. I may do a journey post...but unlikely bc AI is so easy to replicate.

Now, back to you. If you are REALLY dumb or just want that helping hand....freaking pay someone. Remember when I asked how you would feel when you told your mom she could retire? Did you get all warm and fuzzy? What would you pay to have that feeling be real? The answer should be whatever it cost bc what you make in the end will overshadow that.

I do a little coaching on the side for a local organization that works with kids looking to start side gigs... best people to work with because they are so young and delusional and stupid that they believe in themselves and end up succeeding. Over the last 3 weeks, 9/14 have made $2k each.

These are 14-17 year olds....they know nothing but they have time and are stupid enough to try.

One got into GHL...he churned 3 accounts burning through 3 two week long trail periods until he understood how to use it properly. He then offered the insane price of $250 to build sites and contact form automations for 10 local businesses. Stupid price...but now he has 10 testimonials. Now he's getting the affiliate commission on those 10 clients. Now he has 10 businesses that will come back to him when they need help/changes. He's not that stupid anymore. Cost for him to start? $100 +$97

$100 for the coaching. $97 for GHL...which he only paid for after he secured his first client. He kept on setting up free trials until he got a client.

Another one started a local GBP reviews service. Easy peasy.... blasts local craigslist and forums telling people to register and earn $5/review they leave. Sold reviews to businesses at $12/each $10/each if they subscribe to 10+ reviews a month. This kid is a job creator at 15!

One girl created a *name of city* high-schools newsfeed….basically a semi gossip newsletter app. How does she make money? Local businesses AND PARENTS AND THE SCHOOL DISTRICT pay for advertising. Total cost to start? Coaching plus I think $120 for the app builder…which she didn’t pay for until she got advertising money. She also pays 1 girl per school to provide her with the gossip… but she pays them after end of month. Another job creator.

I have to say…she’s my favorite. She came in looking and sounding like a total airhead…and she really is an airhead…

“Ainsley…so, what kind of business do you think you want to start? What do you like to do?

“I don’t know….like all i do is just talk really. I don’t know anything about business i just like…know about my friends…”

Basically she gossips all day…we worked our way to determining that other people would like to hear her gossip…and then monetized it.

That brings me to the end…CREATIVITY. Only pay for coaching if you lack creativity or are missing some skill you cannot learn on your own. Remember that ideas are useless until executed.

Also remember….Scale until you’re rich.

No matter what your definition of rich is, it will feel SO good when you achieve it.

If you actually read this whole thing, write your favorite animal as a comment

Exactly this.

Money buys happiness and anyone saying otherwise is closing their eyes.

Great post,@paydette!

Hope it can motivate some people as opportunities are everywhere.

I'll throw another $100 in if you share all the unsolicited dating DMs from SEOs throughout the years you've been here :D
LOL..OH, MY. GAWD.

I used to post DMs I got on FB ...lol. You just unlocked a core memory for me. Let me see if i can find one.

I haven't gotten a lot here...there was one person and since he is gone I will reveal his name @TheVigilante He was particularly thirsty. Lured me offsite with promises of important info, he FREAKING got me to get on a call with him. Then he told me I sounded like a sexy news reader...declared his love for me, got a bit pouty when I made fun of him and then...the balls on this guy....wouldn't share a method he got as a review copy. I guess he had some honor about SOME THINGS.

This is James...at one point I was getting 5-10 friend requests from random old guys...so I started accepting them and posting the conversations. James still makes my skin crawl.

4: "I really like smart woman(sic). My wife isn't smart" (uh huh...so about that ebook?) "I don't even think she reads but you are smart and beautiful. Maybe we can do a video call?"

The words "bob" and "vagene" were never used, though
