Install this plugin --> link whisper
The goal is to reindex and rerank post that google deindexed and deranked.
1) Copy sitemap and get all the post urls using --> browserling.com/tools/extract-urls
2) Find all the posts that google deindexed and deranked. google 'link index checker'. There are a bunch of them.
3) Now you got all the urls of the posts google deindexed
4) Edit each post and change the title and url slug. Due to new url google can't cross check your post with its cache of your deindexed post.
5) Open link whisper and click on broken links.
6) rescan broken links.
7) Edit each post and fix the broken link by updating the urls of the internal links.
8) Remove the site from gsc, buy an aged gmail, and add site to gsc using proxy and multilogin browser.
9) Follow the part 1 guide and submit for reindex.

I haven't seen any success with editing posts even though there are rumors that it'll work.

But this new twist of removing site from GSC and adding it back with a different mail may produce a different result.

Have you gotten any positive result yourself?

Updated the op, did you change the urls? Thats the key.

Yeah. It will literally cost you less then 1.50$
50 cents for aged gmail.
and
1$ for proxy.

What result have you gotten with the above @IM Dude

I did. But it didn't work for me.

I checked with specific urls. Two only. I even changed the url slub, title, description and the page content.

Didn't get a single keyword back.
I will be doing the approach of changing the domain now.

I think the issue is with primary domain, Google keeps some sort of score to itself, primary domain wise, so changing, updating old urls and content will not work,
I tried this on old sites, while some get indexed, others will get de-index, overall site performance remains the same.
However i had this new site and is showing constant growth, so once Google gives bad rating to a domain, it is hard to recover, better start a new site and not waste time.

One thing more, it seems like Google is obsessed with tables and facts & figures, in my new site i am adding that a lot, and thankfully there is constant growth, no de-indexing of old posts.

my advice is go with niches where you can add a lot of tables, facts and figures,
i.e weather, crosswords puzzles, latest movies, tv shows (create list of all actors), deaths & Obituary & Funeral Services, create list of latest in the form of tables. this niche is good as you can go with any major city of any country.

Yes, if my method don't work that means domain itself is toasted.. Buy a domain, its only 6$, and migrate the site.
You can still use the same content buy twiking my method.

Google only loves Reddit, Quora and big sites.

Out of my experience, those G deindexed pages might have many traffic coming from other SE, e.g bing, yahoo...
so, if you change slug, you will have lots of 404, unless u do redirection properly.
So, I would suggest doing the redirection, rather than updating internal linking via Whisper.
cheers

Why do you need to deindex the posts from GSC? If you take down the blog posts from the web isn't that enough?
