I always kept an eye on these thread because when BlackMagicMaster was initially banned by Dave he contacted me on AIM asking me to back him up. I was reluctant to do so because I dis not know any facts, and did notice he had many excuses.

Lucky13 have you yet received your goods or have your money refunded to you ?

Also, Lucky13, I deleted your previous post because you posted personal information.

But I would really like to know was the situation resolved.

I think that if BlackMagicMaster does not work something out with the members that he owes money and/or products to in the next few days he should be banned from the forum.

This piece of shit has not contacted me. He even has the audacity to go on gtalk and be online, then I message him and poof hes gone.

no worries I chalked the money up as lost a long time ago.. its only a few hundred $s so its nothing in the big scheme of things - i was just mad he was scamming people who that $100 or $200 actually means something to.. not cool. Plus, I don't like getting played, period..

I have to say the excuses he comes up with are quite Epic, he's sick for 3 and half weeks out of a month, and the remaining 5 days he has some calamity befall him, and this happens EVERY MONTH OF THE YEAR.
