IF your are promoting entertainment or affliate

This is how you create suspense and make the user follow main just like how there's a free trial in onlyfans, the same way we give them a trial of content in child, and ask them to follow on main for more.

Yeah It heavily depends on the niche, and what phase you are in with the slave. But if your scope is to maximize exposure then an open acc is the best choice
