My visitors go to a page that lists topics I can talk about at my site

If they want me to talk about the topic, they click on the topic and their VOTE is recorded

If they can't find the topic they'd like me to talk about they can create a new topic

Can anyone recommend a tool that does this? I need something FREE

Chat GPT should, or any AI writing tools… i tried couples for different assignments and the results is amazing and way more knowledgeable

I would look into some kind of poll script. wordpress has a few, if that is your CMS. likely one of them will allow for custom text field.
poll option 1 "yes i like this topic". poll option 2 "i rather see content about _____".
best to pick a few topics and let people vote instead of fill-in-the-blank which can lead to vandalism.
