Medium article are no more indexed?

Hi BHW friends,
since few day my new articles on Medium are no more indexed by Google opposite at the previous situation where they was indexed in less 24h...
With new and old account..

Did you also got the same problem?

Can't comment on under 24hours indexing but mine are getting indexed within a week.

Hey Bud - Our articles on Medium have been indexing reguarly.

Keep postings from same account and indexing rate will increase.

Medium doesn't index articles from new accounts to avoid spam. You should use an aged account or wait until your article indexes. Keep in mind that it may take a few months for content without backlinks to index (for new accounts).

Yep, buy some aged accounts and you are good to go, this solves the issue.

Because for sure there is change from my side confirm by friends who do also Medium posting,
but i have no idea why and if it is from Google, from Medium...


When you say old account is how long?

Because i got Medium account from December 2023 to account i create last week,
and both don't have any new page article index page!
Before i never got this trouble, i didn't change way to post from my side,
only since one week...
So maybe is time to use Index service!

Still indexing. Try to manage old Medium account. New medium account might be 'no-index' tag.

The weird thing is noindex happen also to the 2 other people i know who post on medium and we all got different background, niche, content...
So i wonder to find the reason!

medium is trash when it comes to parasites. you can only hope that it indexes with the help of external backlinks or simply get it indexed with a little networking. Just create 5-6 accounts and add claps & comments to improve their visibility. I'm not sure if backlinks alone will get anything indexed on medium. For example, the following article didn't get indexed since 2 years:

I created a fresh account, set it up properly and my content was indexed within 3-4 days (maybe earlier, but I checked after 3-4 days).

Another thing is to create dummy accounts on 3-4 social bookmarking websites and share your links regularly. These will help. SBM sites are updated daily, which can help you.
