Did you read your suspension email very well to see if your outstanding payment will be paid after some days?

My channel have got demonetized. So I should to wait for three months to reapply to get monetized again. The only thing I'm asking right now is do I'm gonna get paid for the last month ?

In some cases, they release the amount. But in majority of cases, they will withheld the money.

YouTube generally makes payments between 21st to 26th every month. Have you received the payment?

If you have always the chance to reaply to the partnership program yes, if is something serious and your account gets banned there is a you won't receive anything, but as you say you are suspended so there is a chance to get that money if you reach the treshold
