How to get the backlink juice?

Hey all, newbie here I have some questions
I have expired domain with a backlinks to subdomains and pages in the sudomains.
I think to use the same domain with a new wordpress site.
How can i do the proper redirect to get the link juice?
Do i need to go 1 by 1 to check what the link is about and redirected to post relevant to the topic link ?
Or can i redirect the subdomain to the new site?

check the domain metrics first , if its not manipulated then its cool to have an redirect

At the moment i have all old subdomains wildecard redirected to the home page and then i have wordpress redirection to the post with relevant link. I will chek every link how relevant is to posts and redirec them. Do i need to go slow with the redirections not to redirect all quick or every post i create to have like 10-15 high DA domains and later to add more ?
