As Soon as I saw the light theme screenshot.

I can't look at the white theme for a second. It's a freak show. There must be something wrong with it or my eyes adjusted for black theme for so long that I can't tolerate it now.

I have been using White Theme for years...
Better for the eyes, as the rest of the Internet is also mostly White...

Give it a try for a few days & you won't go back to the Dark side...
