I lost my phone number and facebook asks me to enter the code received from the phone, I only have an accessible email, I tried to send them the ID National many times but I get rejected, I also have 2FA activated but I don't understand why they are asking me for a message on the number phone, is there any chance or option to recover my facebook?
I also tried to connect from known devices, but it also asks for a code for a phone number that I have lost.
I'm waiting for a private message.

Facebook is recently scanning Facebook accounts, and they are scanning phone numbers. This happens intermittently with our accounts

You should wait about 24 to 48 hours because FB is handling it. Avoid spamming multiple times because your document may get stuck

the problem is due to the enable of 2fa verify option, you could find the first device you login this account if the 2fa not request to remove it and proceed on other devices.
