I mean I sort of get it, make sure they are active and don't just sit in the wings with a ghost account to buy vip and then spam black hat world... but also kinda a pain in the ass.

Stop posting in the Lounge and your post amount goes up. Posts in the Lounge does not count in total messages.

Just engage in a little more, some conversation with people, a normal conversation, no spam in order to reach 100 messages, trust me with some normal communication, a few answers, a few questions, and a few of your opinions, you will reach 100 messages and you won't even notice...

There's a difference between 'threads' and posts. You don't need to open threads to increase your post count. Participate in different threads of your choice and you'll reach 100 posts in no time. Just don't post random comments that adds no value to the conversation.

On a slow day .. =) .. OP has 95% of his total amount of posts in the Lounge, if he just had posted all those in other categories he would be on top already a long time ago.

He has just created 11 threads in total, his wording of "threads" may probably be a language thing. I think he means posts.

You've been here for 6 months. Even if you thought threads were the way to go, you should have already ACCIDENTALLY hit 100 posts just from engaging in threads you find interesting.
