you can still do that but the more you have purchased history the more lightly your reviews get approved and displayed by amazon.

This is mostly never going to happen until unless you are not giving fake reviews when your purchase is valid and authentic so you can leave as many as you want but you have bought those products on which you leaving reviews.

Amazon itself not process your refund directly. Instead, the seller steps in to handle the refund personally whose products you reviewed. this method turns the whole scenario into what feels like a genuine transaction, adding a touch of authenticity to the sale.
