my aged twitter not eligible to run ad

hello I added 3 card to 3 different twitter acc , but once linked and while trying to go to ads manager , the message show that my ad not eligible to run ad , .. is because the account OR because the card OR because the link method , I need help here please only from people who link there card to twitter ad , if someone dint link any card with twitter please don't answer , because u can spread wrong infos

* the acc is aged very good acc

The only way to restore your ads is text to moderation, you can try reach out @ads on twitter, they should help (hope so)
