Managed service providers

I see a few service providers of greatly varying prices offering very similar services. Are most of these resellers? Is there a huge difference in quality to justify the difference in price?
For example crowdo and crork are 2 doing reddit stuff. I'm new to this and have clients in different industries, is one particular service better for say a winery vs apps vs crypto or are they much of a muchness?

You should probably test it yourself and see what does the job. Things are changing fast.

Most of sites that offer wide variety of services are resellers, rarely could 1 company/person manage that much websites for seo.
In my own opinion test with small amount because a lot of services that offer reddit as backlinks do not do good in the long term as reddit is constantly shifting its anti spam measures and it is hard to stay consistent with seo strategies on it.

Almost thinking to just do it myself but it is very time consuming to do well.
