Why does that site continue to rank on Google?

I recently found a site that was not hit by the Google update (very lucky).

outdoorbits.com/

The store they have is fake, it doesn't work, so they don't sell anything at all. I don't think that's why it still ranks because in a test site of mine I did that and it didn't work xD.

Any idea?

It's not very respectful to draw attention to people's businesses like that on a site like this, just saying.

The forum is called BlackHat, not a religious congregation.
Ok well, he's better than you that's why you got hit and he didn't, hope your feelings aren't hurt.

Google is sometime been opposite , don't worry if he is selling spam or fake thing surely he would be hit soon
I think it's because he bought an expired domain that has a closed "physical store" in UK and Google interprets it as 100% real.

Assuming you found out the store is closed by googling it suggesting they know that it's closed, unless the site owner reopened the GMB as well, which I doubt.

Sometimes updates just not hit someone. Whether by being slightly above ot below a certain threshold or by sheer luck, it happens. Algorithms are not perfect be design.

Beyond that, I kinda agree with Justin about that drawing attention to someone that got away with something is not the most respectful thing to do.

Thanks bookmarking this could be a blue print for new sites.
