How do I verify the company ownership structure?

Hello BHW Community,

I have a Payoneer account registered to my LLC company in the USA.I've been using it for a long time without any issues.Recently, I applied for new recipient accounts and they asked me to verify the ownership of my company.I sent them the Operating Agreement document and the membership certificate of my company.Ownership details are clearly stated in the Operating Agreement and membership certificate.However, they refused to accept it.At this point, I really don't know what to do.I'm sure there are BHW members who have encountered this issue before.Can you please guide me?

I also faced this issue. The documents were approved for a while but I was eventually banned from Payoneer.

I switched to Mercury bank. They offer easy international payments.

I think Mercury is an interesting company.
For 2 years they were not accepting my application but last week they accepted it.

If the documents you provided are not being accepted, it may be helpful to consult with a legal professional

I just spoke to an accountant and he told me to send the CP575 to Payoneer.
He told me that he had successfully passed the same verification with this document.
When I told him that I tried that and they rejected it, he told me to highlight some parts of the CP575 and try again.
He said that the person who checked the documents might not have done his job properly.
I highlighted the parts that were just said and sent it again.
I will update when I get a response.
