Just start over with another account, don't waste your time trying to get it back. Trust me, i have lost 300k followers accounts in the past.

My account that was banned I was paying premium for, and I want premium on my new account as well. I'm afraid they will be linked because of my ID/payment info, even if I use new device/ip etc

Do you own/create lots of accounts? If that was the only account you used I don't think you should worry that much about that.

There used to be a lot of services on BHW that were selling these kinds of things and they most likely had a Twitter employee on the inside like you suggest, I'd imagine most of those people got fired when Elon laid off a big chunk of the staff there. That's all to say this would be a really valuable service now given the circumstances, so maybe if you'd be willing to pay a lot it'd happen for you... but I'd be hesitant personally, easy to get scammed in this situation.
If the suspension was legitimate and deserved for breaking TOS, then you should bite the bullet, move on and try to be more careful next time.

is it worthwilhe to even try to get unsuspended? what kidn of docs they usually require? passport ids?

I'd say no at this point, they might need more time to get things settled and organized.
I gave up trying to get my @FullnameLastname account unsuspended and I would've easily been able to provide ID, but didn't even get a response. You'd think they'd take an unsuspension request seriously for some full name like that, but not in my case.
