I've been struggling with this problem for the last month. When I pay for twitter, blue writes me this error -
Your card has been declined.

. I've tried over 200 bins. I can't figure out what the problem might be. The maximum is to pay 2-3 blue from one bin, after which these errors occur again. Please help me. I am ready to pay for the solution of this problem.

How you get 200 bins though? Sounds shady, is it catching you are using risky cards?

I used cards from several stores. (3+). Everything used to be OK. It started exactly a month ago. Previously, the cards from these stores worked fine. I don't use virtual cards. Carding

they could also limit the amount of times you can buy twitter blue with the same card , seems like a reasonable security measure imo

Maybe VCC is not possible mate. Do you have a real debit or credit card with your bank?

I do not know if the rules here allow me to write the names of the stores where I buy cards. I use regular debit visa/mastercard cards. I have tried most banks in all different countries. I use carge cards

I've been using different revolut cards for up to 100 accounts (15 per account) and can't renew anymore (card declined).

Any other card I use, different banks, different entity gets declined. Not sure what to try anymore.

yes, I used ultima, ive bought premium subscriptions many times before, usually 10-15 at a time using one card without any issues - however, for the past two months, my card gets rejected after 2-3 purchases and to work around this, I now buy a card for each account and get a yearly subscription.
