Instantly banned on fiverr - WTF!

So I haven't used fiverr in like 2 years. I can't remember my old login details, so didn't bother trying to login.

I have just created a fresh account on fiverr and I have been instantly banned like 5 seconds after creating the account. I am very confused as to why

1) I have not been on fiverr in over 2 years.

2) My old account never got banned.

3) I have a new laptop

4) New wifi

5) Was genuinely trying to start adding some services.

were you using a vpn when accessing the site?

I do have a VPN but it was not in use at the time of creating the account. Thats what confused me

Seems like you had a sellers account previously. Fiverr doesn't allows two seller accounts for a single user. They immediately ban your accounts if their system detects this. On the contrary if you had buyer accounts or one buyer and one seller account then you can contact support.
