It should be stored on multiple safe places. Some save it on mobile notes which is a very bad idea as it can get stolen.

You must have misunderstood. It was meant that you can contact support.metamask. And there are a number of actions that will be required for recovery.

EvenDeveloper cant do anything if you loose the private seeds and its clearly mentioned on the entire web so means the actions for recovery is pointless if you don't have the keys

If you don’t have the seed or private key its going to be impossible to recover. That’s why when you’re generating the wallet it’s specifically asks you to back it up.HI GUYS ,
