If you lost the secret seeds and backup code then there are no way you to access that wallet again

Those are non-custodial wallets which mean you are responsible for anything good or bad because you are the full controller of those wallet...

Metsmask support cannot do anything to Non-custodial wallets

& no one is able to do that for you
No service exist to recover anything, it's all a scam or lie if they promise that.

If your have deleted the data as you said above and you don't have Private seed or backup keys then if you again install then extension on browser you will require seed inorder to regain access to your wallet and you can't even able to login opensea profile again with the previous wallet if you don't have access to that linked wallet.

Backing up your Secret Recovery Phrase in several secure locations is a must-do when using MetaMask. That's because you're the custodian of your accounts no one can ever stop you from accessing those accounts or using your web3 identity, so long as you know those secret words.

This also means that if you don't know those secret words, or have them recorded somewhere safe, they will be impossible to guess, and no one will be able to help you get them back: not MetaMask, and definitely not someone offering to help you in a DM on Discord.

But no one is perfect, and mistakes happen. If you find yourself in a situation where you realize you don't have your Secret Recovery Phrase and need it, don't panic: just follow the prompts below to try and get your SRP back.
