Highly doubt BD will just sell TT off.
Maybe shelf it under a sub in US and write some agreement to not share data
but loophole around it anyways but I don't think they would bother
Considering the other tech giants are basically just as bad in terms of stealing data, BD can most likely fight it in court and drag it out for a very long time.

Also the official date is January 24th 2025 for the sale. It will likely be fought in court, fixed by Donald trump or sold by that point.
