I received an email about this but I believe it’s potentially open to anyone that qualifies as it’s an open Google document that has to be completed in order to qualify.

If you get selected they’re offering a $150 voucher for perks or your countries equivalent.

I’ve just noticed the date as well. However, I think that may be a mistake as I only received the email from them this morning.

They are probably trying to catch the members of other AI teams or the people who work in AI technology and attend the conferences. It's more like a job offer if you meet their requirements.
