no because I don't upload from a phone, but from my computer, each channel has a unique browser fingerprint with a different ip, youtube can't link them to the others...
first videos 4k in general after fews days the amount is increased if the channel is not reported.

So 4k helped to get more views on ytb ?
for me what I care about is to make more money than I spend. I buy gmails for 25$ and I make sure to keep the channel alive to get as much money as possible before they get banned. if I make 50$ and I spent 25$ it's ok for me, because I use bots to generate videos, to create channel, to upload... I do as little manual work as possible and I scale as much as possible. sometime I create from 300 to 500 channels a day...
4k for a short on youtube is ok for new channel, in general a channel survive 24 hours, so 2 videos each 6 hours is 8 videos for each channel 32k views for each channel.

the timeframe is the minimum amount of time necessary to gain more than you spend buying the gmails, most of the time youtube ban at a certain hour everyday, if you upload just after the youtube ban you will have 24 hours for youtube to ban again in mass. you prevent youtube from banning your channels before you recovered your investment spent in gmails.
yes cpa videos using youtube shorts. the nich is not that important. how to escape youtube detection is the trick.

I just upload the first day, I get email notification when the channels have been banned and I know next round can start. it is 13h time of casablanca morocco, it changes a little bit from time to time. but it is not important.
for me I use ipv6 proxies using 3proxy hosted on vultr cloud provider.
I don't have experience with long videos, just shorts videos, easier to mass generate content, easier to get views... and you care less for a channel to be banned because it didn't take you much time to benefit from it.
