How are they doing this (using other people's content for views/adshare)

This isn't their video, and only give credit to 'Visual feast' with a tiny mention at the bottom, yet they must be banking from the adshare.

It doesn't look like a retweet so how did they do it?

Simply add /video/1 at the end of the tweet URL.

Example:
here is a video tweet:

to post "his" video onto your account, add /video/1 at the end of the URL like this:

Nice one buddy, thank you - a bit of a sly method, as it's minimizing the credit to the original author, but could be a great way of getting extra impressions and comments.

It's not so much that, it's sharing a video whilst giving the original poster credit... just not obvious credit, as it's so small at the bottom.

I've noticed one Twitter account has clearly created a new account, and uses that one to download and tweet the videos (Incase it gets into copyright trouble)... then they use their primary account to 'share' it, as that way, they aren't actually the one 'stealing' it.
