I'm looking for instagram bot, can add unlimit Instagram accounts and send comments to specific account

No such thing as truly unlimited in this field. Even if you have a software than can operate an unlimited amounts of accounts, you'll always be limited by how many comments you can send from each account, how many proxies you have to operate said accounts, how much RAM/processing power your PC/dedicated server has to handle your desired amount of running accounts, etc.
